1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    I am extremely excited to introduce a new series for ACC centered around North American Racers and times. Beginning June 3rd 2019, we will bring league racing with the highly anticipated Assetto Corsa Competizione to https://cmsracing.com! Races will be on Monday Nights, USA Central/Standard Time Zone. You may sign-up now by replying to this thread to be added to the league roster. Simply post the following:

    Format and Important Details:

    -Race Night - Monday USA
    -Green Flag - 8:30 pm CST (Chicago)
    -Practice Start Time - approximately 7:00 pm CST (Chicago)
    -Qualifying Start Time - approximately 8:00 pm CST (Chicago)
    -Races will fall into one of the following 3 categories (note start time for the "Special Event" may be earlier)

    -Sprint Distances 2x30 minutes (normalized points)
    -Endurance Distances 60 minutes (normalized points)
    -1 x Special Event at Spa Distances 2 hours (Double points)


    Drivers will participate in either a Pro or Am Classification - (Honor System for sign-ups however admin will adjust accordingly)

Beginning now with "sign-ups" and on track action in early 2019, we will bring league racing with the highly anticipated Assetto Corsa Competizione to CMS!     Full Series details are still being worked out, and are subject to change, since we are on an active development cycle with the sim. So please be sure to subscribe/bookmark this thread for the most current information.

    I am also actively looking for a member of our European Community that would like to volunteer to run a parrallel series for European drivers following the same schedule and format. I simply need a volunteer to host and admin those races and if so, we will score points for both our American and European Divisions.

    Format and Important Details:

    -Race Night - Monday USA
    -Green Flag - 8:30 pm CST (Chicago)
    -Practice Start Time - approximately 6:30 pm CST (Chicago)
    -Qualifying Start Time - approximately 8:00 pm CST (Chicago)
    -Races will fall into one of the following 3 categories (note start time for the "Special Event" may be earlier)

    -Sprint Distances 2x30 minutes (half points)
    -Endurance Distances 60 minutes and 75 minutes (normalized points)
    -1 x Special Event Distances 2 hours (Double points)

    We will also have a series of open practices leading up to the official schedule so that we can all learn the sim. Drivers participating in these scheduled open practice/test days will receive 3 bonus points for each open practice/test day scheduled which will be awarded to their points table in the drivers championship.

    Drivers will participate in either a Pro or Am Classification - (Honor System for sign-ups however will leverage competition rating system for validation, more TBA)

    Drivers may be moved to or from the Pro or AM class at any time at the discretion of a CMS admin
    For sign-ups if you are an alien or front runner typically please choose Pro Class.
    For sign-ups if you are a normal mid packer or novice driver please choose AM Class.

    Points Tables are still under development for this series and are TBA at a future date.

    Weather, Track Settings, etc. are expected to be announced later for this series, but will generally be realistic in nature

    Minimal Driver aids are expected to be allowed where meet with realism, immersion factor -- example traction control

    Open Setups will be allowed

    at this time the plan is for all Races for Season 1 will be "single driver" events
    however a team championship table will be in play as well to encourage drivers to begin finding teammates for upcoming driver swap races in season 2 and beyond
    So, everyone is encouraged to start a team, find a teammate (maximum 5 drivers per team) and start working on building your empire

    the plan is for drivers to be able to select any car. ACC is expected to have all cars from the Real Life Blancpain Series. Choice examples are available at the following link, and include such examples as below:
