1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

The pc is only 2 months old and the card is a rtx2080ti liquid cooled.

Liquid-cooled GPUs are often overclocked by the manufacturer, we might be able to rule this out if you post the make and model.

    It's a
It's a Maingear pc and it does not say what the gpu is just a2080ti. The card has no cover on it because of the liquid block so IDK the maker. Thanks

That card is most likely overclocked, enjoy.

Noticed a strange issue where the D-pad on my wheel stops working on the setup screen, it just kinda freezes, but the mouse works. Outside the setup screen it works fine.

I spent some more time today in the lastest update. You guys need to try the 2018 Porsche Cup car, it's soooo good right now. I can now feel what the back tires are doing and you can slide that thing around pretty good. It's a ton of fun. Looking forward to running a few cup car races against the AI. Really impressed.

The Mclaren rear view monitor is a nice update as well. I wish this car sounded better though. It has kind of a static-like sound to it that just doesn't sound good. It almost sounds like the original recording was clipping or something. The car is great though and the update has been nice.

The cup car in a handful, fun but potentially deadly, I only drove it on 1.3.9 for the SRS at Monza event, definitely need some serious time practicing.

I did the same with the 911 Cup and had the same feeling. The GT4 are going to be awesome !

It’s the new Lights widget: green means lights are on. Blue you have the second stage lights on too. The left and right arrow are the blinkers. The square is the rain light.
Very important because now you get the meatball flag if you don’t put your lights on in wet or night sessions.

Those buttons indicate your lights. Left arrow is for left indicator, the round one is for static light (green = non-endurance light, blue = endurance light, flashing yellow = flasher), the square one is for rain light, right arrow = right indicator.

Can anyone point me to any existing thread about stutters in 1.3.10 when playing against AI? Just done a 3 hour race at Silverstone in career mode and I see CPU spikes at 100% when the AI has to make some decision during overtaking. (CPU is sitting comfortably at 70% most of the time, spikes only occasionally and it seems to me that it’s related to the AI having ti make a decision for example overtaking or being overtaken. GPU also at constant 80% due to FPS limiter) 16 AI enabled and in career mode that’s not adjustable AFAIK. Thank you. If no other thread exists I’ll reproduce and get logs.

I could tell you how. But I actually wish it wasn’t optional. The number of people I see in MP races with their indicators on for no reason irritates me. But I’m sure someone kinder than me will be along shortly to tell you it’s in the HUD section of your options menu.

I don't have indicators mapped (maybe i should) so i wont have em flashing for no reason .

    Cheers again guys :)

They are useful to indicate you are pitting or moving to the side when being overtaken.

I agree, just button management is necessary.

There's no need for indicators ever.
