In all honesty i'm not the guy Kunos needs. If they need more design guys, there's many proper people out there that would do an infinitely better job than me. I just like throwing ideas out there

 

I was just joking, but I do think you've demonstrated what I've been trying to say here for a while - it's not rocket science. And Kunos being so stupidly stubborn about this makes them look like they're being lazy (they obviously are not, any successful developers are super hard working people. I'm a Software Engineering student I would know). On the other hand making excuses like "It's too much work", "translation would be a problem" etc to a informed user sounds like an insult.

Looks like entry requirements for Software Engineering students, is pretty low.

 

Notice it's an opinion/critique on a behavior, not on someone. A little detail that apparently has slipped your attention. So no "gotchya" moment for u my friend

Either way, If it was my company, I or someone would take it personal, as believe it or not, companies are STILL run and staffed by people.

I have no emotional attachment to strangers - u clearly have. And it's fine by me.

Saying Kunos I meant exactly that - Kunos in general, as noone knows who makes those calls. So don't make it too difficult for yourself and don't speak on their behalf. Just cause you're a fanboy doesn't automatically make you their spoke person. Contrary to what you want to make out of this, it's nothing personal. It's just a bunch of talented developers that are wrong on some basic things and it's perfectly fine to point that out. That pointing this out triggers your snowflake sensibilities is not my problem.

 

So then clearly, you were referring to people you don't personally know, and who you refer as "strangers,... with your "stupidly stubborn" comment.
Myself, have no "emotional attachment" to people I don't personally know, that is ridiculous, but still prefer to behave with some maturity here.
And I also do understand that hiding behind the net, is one of the big plusses of the net,... for some.

Nothing wrong with pointing out what you disagree with here, but stranger,... being stubbornly stupid, does not help make you sound like some one who should be listened to.

When you get out in the real world, you'll come to appreciate the word "constraints" a lot more.

This was asked yesterday in the stream, if more information, bout pads for e.g., could be in the game. Answer was - no. Too many languages, too many information. This will not happen.

 

Then we need to ask it again, and again.

I still think that that is a bad excuse. Its just text, its copy-paste.

 

and for this very reason i still hear ppl suggesting pads 4 to ppl, simply because they have zero idea what they actually are
