1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

XB1 Getting banned for being too fast?

    I was joining a Mazda mx5 cup on the barcelona moto gp circuit online last night. I joined on pole (i don't know why, a bug or something). I drove 20 seconds away from the guy in second. When the race was over i was bannend from the server. Was it my fault or something?

    Oh yeah, you have a kick function on console, right? Could also have been a group of friends that wanted the server to themselves.

    I do not know PC versione, but on PS4 version we have a kick function. A group of friends? Could be plausible, but in this case it would be dishonest as a ban it implies that the server is no longer accessible to the user always hunted. Sorry google translate

    Yes, I would guess a group of friends who wanted to race with other trusted racers and often in the same party chat. I wouldn't take it personally or think it's about being too fast. We've kicked quite a few people joining the Xbox One room our group is in over the past couple of days. The simple fact is 9/10 random players joining races go on to cause chaos, sometimes intentional. There is no way to tell who is a good guy and who's joining to cause trouble so every unknown gets the same treatment - kicked. There are plenty of other rooms for people who prefer to play with randoms, which is 9/10 a frustrating experience.

    Once private lobbies are launched SOON the issues will go away.

    Hehe. I have been banned a few times too. Definitely won't be because I'm too fast though (or dirty either).

    i have been banned on public server about two times, one i was leading the pack & two laps before the finish, P2 spun out & next thing i know i was kicked.

    I've been in races with mbk and as he says you have to kick unowns, it's nothing personal but after 5 consecutive days with randoms ruining every race on Xbox it seems it's the only option. I must say though all gamer tags who have ruined things, I haven't seen in these forums.
