1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

XB1 Have Season Pass, just got new update, new vehicles & track locked :(

    So, the much anticipated update downloaded today when I stared up AC on my XB1. It loaded fine and can see the new cars & RedBull Ring tracks listed. Unfortunately, they have the little "cloud" icon indicating they're DLC. But I already have the Season Pass, which is supposed to include the "Porche Packs" (plural) and the new track. When I click on the new cars/tack, I'm taken to the XB Store, which shows that I "own" the Season Pass and the previously associated Porche Pack 1 & Japanese Packs. Curiously, I'm not seeing the Porche Pack # 2 in the Store. I've been awaiting this for a while and would sure love to have the items I've paid for unlocked. Help!

    Do you guys get a 'changelog.txt' that you can read within the game files/folders? I ask as this could be an update before the major update. We in the wonderful elite world of PC awesomeness have gone from 1.11 to 1.11.3 in about 7 days. So maybe you have had a part of the update. THIS IS NOT A FLAMING POST JUST AN INQUISITIVE ONE!

    reason you cant see them on store front as PP2 and Red pack dont come out for XB1 and Ps4 till tomorrow with the update today you will be able to see them but not touch till tomorrow afternoon

    It's because the red pack and the porsche pack 2 is not released before tomorrow :), so whatever you do don't buy them, since you have the season pass and you can download the cars for free tomorrow.

    Annoying thing is my brother didn't get season pass, just downloads the packs individually and is now playing with the red pack and porsche #2 pack, yet we have to wait till tomorrow!! :(

    should be live now but you can buy them and play them now but on xbox there not even on the season pass bit so looks like dinner time a think there go live today by that time a be out

    In Finland everything started working yesterday evening(Wed). Still little confusing when those dlc's in
    shop/game's main screen say that you have to buy, only after you click dlc it says that you can dl.

    Every other game say in main screen already that you own some dlc, even if you dl it then separately.
