1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    But it is complicated because, in the own blanc pain, xiste TC level, ABS, summarizing all the cars use some kind of help control, I for example in the game I use traction control level 1, only and ABS level 2 even so I do not go up for PRO for example, and do not short track, do not provoke acindente, respect all the rules of the race. I'm still really lost as there is this critéri to go up from AM to PRO for example.

    I believe it is just placeholder for now it would be weird to have PRO-AM ranking for one driver.. usually PRO -AM is 2 drivers...

    Its probably linked to the Total Score. Since i stuck at Safety Rating and RC Rating isnt enabled i am only AM so far.
    Even if you score always higher than 90 everywhere (Pace, Car Control, Consistency) like me.

    It's work in progress. Yesterday out of nowhere got message about promotion to silver while racing AI but driver profile still says bronze. Just wait till ratings are finished and wiped once again.

    In 0.6.2 changelog there was a note that another reset needs to be done and there wasn't one (maybe they managed to fix those data without reset?). Also doing it for 1.0 would be pretty normal thing for me since they are still in progress of tuning and getting bugs out.

    Category does always display BRONZE due to a bug in up to 0.6, but is already fixed.
    Profile wipe depends on the kind of changes we do; in a way I'd be very happy not to have empty profiles for 1.0, as everything (especially looking at MP server requirements) starts out fresh and needs time to develop. But we won't hesitate to reset again if this means more efficient developing, progress > backwards compability.

    Im sorry if i misunderstood you minolin, i have 8400 rating and im still bronze. I used to be pro-am class in multiplayer but i recently went for few laps in offline practice mode and i have been demoted to am class, since then i am still am class.

    But... So, Bronze, Silver, Gold etc is different from AM, PRO-AM, PRO?
    I am 93xx and I see myself as AM in MP but that does not mean I am Bronze? Is that correct?

    IRL bronze is complete Am, silver is accomplished Am or unaccomplished young Pro, Gold is a Pro with some accomplishments and Platinum is a factory driver or driver with top level experience

    Well it's a different dimension; one is for the car, one is for the driver. Combination of drivers make the car category; in pickup MP we obviously have the problem that we have to map one driver category to a car category.

    That doesn't sound right. 93xx should give you more than Gold or Platinum, thus you should see PRO on your car. Need to investigate that
