1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    Hi everyone!
    Below please read a few things you should know when using the ACC support forums.
    There are sections for reporting bugs in various departments. Please take a moment to carefully read these guidelines below:
    • Please report issues in their respective section.
    • Please use the Search function before opening a new thread and strive to use existing solutions or workarounds where they may apply.
    • Please do NOT post in existing (especially resolved) threads that you have the "same issue" when it cannot be said for certain, particularly with game crashes, as they can have a lot of different sources and causes, both software and hardware.
    When making a report, please ALWAYS zip and attach the whole "Logs" and "Crashes" folder in your "c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved\" path. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties.

    Moderators and developers primarily use the thread labels or tags to mark and feedback reports, written feedback is not guaranteed, nor does the lack thereof indicate lack of attention or notice.
    Reports using the wrong label or erroneously tagged as issues may have their labels removed or changed.
    Reports posted in the Generic Discussion forum may be locked or moved by moderators.

    Threads insisting on explicit response beyond thread tags based on assumed priorities per personal preferences, calling out moderators and developers and generally abusing the open communication between users and developers will be locked and/or deleted without warning.
    Please avoid using the support forum as a suggestion platform, wishlists, suggestions or feature proposals, no matter how elaborate, will not be allowed unless requested through a dedicated "Suggestions" section, and such threads may be locked and/or deleted without notice and further explanation.

    Please avoid using the Generic Discussion section to discuss topics that have no relation to the products of Kunos Simulazioni or their development,
    such as politics, religion, current affairs and other controversial topics of discussion that do not belong to a support forum.
    Trolling, flaming, abusive language, the calling out of users, developers and moderators will not be tolerated, and will likely result in user bans without prior warning.
    Off-topic threads that already have a place to be discussed or those that do not necessitate a separate topic may be locked or merged into existing discussion threads at the moderators' discretion without prior warning.
    • With gameplay-related questions, please read the ingame Help sections before opening a new thread.
    • Use the F2 key ingame to activate the Help HUD page, where you can find all the active default inputs.
