1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

Little help with repairing and visual settings in VR

I have been racing for a while in league and there is couple little things that always set me back.

How to get your body damage repaired. Seems I'm missing something I have Pitconfig app but nothing happens from there?

What else I can reduce graphics wise to get a little performance boost. I have GTX 970 OC and 6600I OC and I get amazing peformance when I'm with up to 5 cars on track. Full graphics 2xSS, but when the cars are over 20 its loosing fps. I have all ready removed the SS, reflections, PP affects. Last race I even removed the mirrors, but its still lacking performance until the pack spreads out.

    Any suggestions? Thanks

On the VR graphics issue, you really need more processing power than a 970 to get good performance when the field of view is occupied with a number of cars. I don't think there is much else you can do to improve performance then you have already done. I think you are up against a wall.

I have fine performance with a full grid, high settings and 1.6 PPD, but no PP. But, I also run with the ASW mode on, else the 970 suffers even at medium settings.

That bottleneck...It's funny even reducing graphics setting in VR isn't noticeable besides PP. Anyway I will experiment minimizing different settings to min with 20+grid AI and see from there.

Is there anyway you can use a button to put on mirrors and putting them off?

What about fixing car damage in races? I remember a year ago pitconfig was fixing stuff, but not now for me?

PitConfig is obsolete. Kunos implemented pit stop menu which should by default pop-up automatically when you enter pits. You can also open it manually by pressing one of keyboard's arrow keys or POV on your wheel if you have one.
This menu has repair damage section at the bottom with separate options for body, engine and suspension.
