McLaren P1 - Slower on consoles compared to PC?

Hey guys, I'm doing some Hotlap these days and tested both LaFerrari and P1 mostly on Barcelona GP and Silverstone GP; after a couple of days of hotlapping, my best laptimes on these track are the following (all laps were done using a G29, no assist except factory ABS) :

Silverstone GP :
2'04.797 Ferrari LaFerrari
2'07.668 McLaren P1

Barcelona GP:
1'51.991 Ferrari LaFerrari
1'54.257 McLaren P1

As you can see, in my testing, LaFerrari resulted roughly 2,5/3 seconds faster than the P1 on both tracks.
I checked the leaderboards on RSR and noticed that, on PC, the situation is quite the opposite : the P1 is faster than LaFerrari on almost every track, by 2/3 seconds more or less.
So what I'm asking is : it's the P1 slower on consoles compared to PC? I really don't see how it could do a 1'48.8xx (the current record on RSR @ Barcelona GP) on the PS4.

 

are you using the DRS in the P1?

 

Yes, at every straight and even in some corners.

 

probably down to the different builds on PC and console then. maybe wait a little while and see if the new build fixes it. you should be on to the same one as PC in the next few weeks

 

Oh ok, I didn't know that consoles was on a different build! That makes sense

 

yes, im not sure if it is exactly 1.4 build you guys are on but 1 of the devs said console are on something like 1.4. i think you should be on the same build as us with the up coming Porsche DLC and 1.9 update. we get the DLC (and i assume 1.9) next Tuesday so i guess it will be however long it takes sony/microsoft to do their thing after the 25th.
