1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

Generic Most needed features in my opinion: Private lobbies, leaderboards, minorating

    This three I think are the most important features the game lacks:

    • Private lobbies: probably the most claimed feature by the console gamers. Without it, the game has less value within the sim community. Is the most basic feature that allows clean competition. I know is a challenge for the team (if i remember PC doesnt have private lobbies), but hopefully it will come sooner rather than later.
    • Leaderboards: another very claimed feature. Without private lobbies, the next thing that allows true competition is leaderboards... and we dont have them neither. I dont know, but i dont think it is a very difficult thing to add to the game. For me, the example to follow in this matter should be Driveclub. One of the best feature in that game that allows hotlap challenges between friends and all the game community. It is that good, that even been an arcade game, the leaderboard system offers a bit of a sim feeling.
    • Minorating or some kind of control in public lobbies: this is the less claimed feature of the three and the most difficult to implement but, never the less, I personally think it is just as crucial as the others. Without it or any type of control in the public lobbies, the races will be always a mess. People that dont respect flags, people that enter in the track without any care, people that push you out, people that stays in the middle of the road... This is the routine of every single race. With some moderation in public lobbies, the game could reach another level of experience. And no, Im not asking for an IRacing system. Just something more humble that allows people to have clean races.

    There are also a lot of things that the game lacks, like proper race endings, longer replays, online replays, free button mapping, tire information, bugs, improved penalties, more variety of public lobbies (by the way, i prefer that the lobbies are predifined to be created by people and becoming a mess).... Hopefully with time Kunos will be able to fix the game and add most of the missing features.
