1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    Hi guys !

When I work with MoTeC for my setups I like to have 2 additionnal worksheets with tyres pressures and brake temperature. Is there a way to save those worksheets in the base_ACC workspace so they get created everytime I open a new log ?

    Thanks !

You can just overwrite the base_ACC workspace.

I already tried to save with the little floppy icon but after a while the worksheets disappeared I don't know why. I tried creating a new workspace to see if it works, thanks.

You go to File - Save workspace.

Yeah that's what I did, I created a new workspace to not destroy the beautiful base_ACC :D Thank you !

  6. Your problem is that as you save as a new workspace you have to close the original workspace and open the new because Motec by default opens the last workspace used.

Also please consider having telemetry laps off as default.

Its eating up hard drive space.

    Hi, Can anyone help?
I think my setup for Motec is wrong.
The telemetry only reads GEARS. Everything else is absent.

    Thanks

    Hi there,

when i look at my telemetry file in the "open files" dialog of motec, it only shows the total time of the stint. Not the fastest lap. That makes it a little hard to find the right telemetry file. See attached screenshot.
Occasionaly it shows the fastest time (marked in screenshot). Is there any way, that always the fastest lap time is displayed here?

    Thanks, Sascha Motec_Question.JPG

What seemed to work for me is selecting a bunch of files and open them all, through the menu from your screenshot. Then re-enter that menu and it's fixed. Even after closing and re-opening the program the times still seem to be correct.
But if you right click on the columns, you can change which info is shown. Add 'Total laps'.

You need to make a copy of the base_ACC folder and paste it in C:\Users\****\Documents\MoTeC\i2\Workspaces.
Then in MoTeC you go to File - Open workspace and you select base_ACC.

    Everything should be working then.

Thank for helping, this resolved my issue.
    Cheers.

  16. @Aristotelis Do you plan on doing this tutorials? Or have you done them?
    How can I change this?

Right click on Track Report and select properties (or you can simply press F5 when you have the Track Report channel selected), de-select whatever is currently selected in the 'Use these channels for track color' section (the bottom one), and then select brake and throttle from the list (or whatever you want).
If you double click brake/throttle in that list, you can customize the colors.

  18. Thank you

In Brake and Throttle it says unavailable, do you know how to fix it?

Either add channels 'Brake' and 'Throttle' or edit the names of those existing ones that say 'unavailable'.

The names of the channels in a Workspace have to match the names of the channels a game is putting out.
