1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    If you mean howt set up dampers in the game, you have to go to the set up screen and into the dampers tab

    If you mean how to get the telemetry of the game so it can help you, go to the first post of this thread

    Nope,mean a Value had to overwrite at 30.Not right i think,found on (25),change him to 30 but jump alltime back to 25.Maybe that was an old Vid,maybe the gay calls crab...I dont know,but if this right,i think here a lot will change that an answer me.So i change the rear tyres yesterday,and it feels good now,better as before so i said :nice tool,thx : )
    Next Question,is it possible to check the tyre temps over a view laps?I see there Tyre Temp in Motec,but can choose it,see no value there.

    that is because I applied a filter, because the data were to "squared". Thanks buddy.
    Unfortunately that is not the reason of the behaviour.
    It is like if the tires are spinning in series o_O.
    This is what it is shown without the filter:

    To me, it looks a problem with dampers, like if the springs are resonating, but...
    I don't know how to fix it

    Just a few questions, in the shared memory documents the following data is given;

    • airTemp Air temperature
    • roadTemp Road temperature
    • FF Force feedback signal
    • brakePressure[4] Brake pressure [FL, FR, RL, RR] see Appendix2
    • windSpeed Wind speed in m/s
    • windDirection wind direction in radians
    • TC Traction control level
    • TCCUT Traction control cut level
    • EngineMap Current engine map
    • ABS ABS level
    • fuelXLap Average fuel consumed per lap in liters
    • aidFuelRate Fuel consumption rate
    • aidTireRate Tyre wear rate
    • maxRpm Maximum rpm
    • maxFuel Maximum fuel tank capacity
    • isValidLapCheck if Lap is valid for timing
    • numberOfLaps *Number of completed laps
    Is there any reason why this isn't logged in MoTeC outputs?
    A lot of this data would be very usefull, because having to use MoTec and multiple tools to gather data from shared memory is far from preferable.
    I don't know what all can be logged in MoTec, but im fairly sure a few if not most of those are fairly easy as they already have blank values but channels already exist in MoTeC?

    it is also possible to have a complete detailed log of the setup in motec. But not for us unfortunately.
    Hopefully we get more in the future.

    Hello all.

    I seem to be having some problems with MoTeC.
    Some of the "tabs" don't show anything and in some cases (like the RPM tab) it crashes MoTeC.

    While trying to investigate the cause and trying to find a fix (already uninstalled and installed MoTeC), I found the error messages in the image attached.
    Any idea on how can I get MoTeC to work properly with ACC Workspace?

    I did everything almost 1 year ago, but I remember I just had to follow the first post, step by step.
    Dont forget to activate telemetry in setup acc acc menu, electronics.

    Thanks Salvatore. I did follow everything step by step, but I only see data on some tabs. I don't have it on all the tabs.
    The SPEED channel for instance is not displaying any data at all.

    I already tried to to a data check on Steam, but the problem persists.


    EDIT: Seems that I have found the issue. The Workspace provided on the ACC document folder seems to be broken (at least for me). I tried with a new MoTeC workspace and the speed channel works fine and I'm able to see all the laps on the top of the MoTeC windows (something I can't see on the base_ACC).
    Can anybody share a working base_ACC workspace?
