  1. You do know that Hanneman died in 2013 and this song is from 2015? ;)

^No I didn't. I don't listen to metal for twenty years already, and remain completely disconnected from that world since I stopped playing guitar. I just listen Megadeth from time to time and of course anything from the Marty Friedman era until Risk, because Megadeth has always been so special to me from Rust in Peace onwards, until Risk. Some Metallica themes form Ride the Lighting and The Black Album of course remain in my heart too very closely, themes that I of course loved to play with a passion. Slayer was probably my third favourite band after these two, and used to play all of their themes too. Angel of Death and Skeletons of Society among my favourites, and many morethemes I can't just remember.

Thought It would be him. The one dying I remember was Dimebag from Pantera. One mother****er killed him in the middle of a concert in some random bar. That was so ****ing sad as I liked that man's style more than most trash metal guitarists out there.

What happened to Hanneman. I always preferred him over Kerry King btw

In general, out of respect for other drivers should be able to drive consistent laps with the specific combo. Doesn't need to be that fast though, consistency is more important in my opinion.
Helps to have a setup prepared, as well.

All of that is not relevant if a driver lacks awareness of respect. Keep checking your rear view mirror and let faster drivers pass easily and safe.
Keep the brake points early in traffic, especially in the first laps. Also watch your rear before slamming the brakes, prepare to avoid a crash with a driver behind you who might divebomb you. If it's a good driver, he might be faster anyway, if he sucks you can easily regain your position after he botched it.

If you spin out, try to get off track and out of the way as quick and safe as possible. Don't try sliding all over the track trying to regain control.
And only rejoin if it's safe. That is usually after the whole field passed in the early laps, later you might find a gap where no one else is influenced by your rejoining.

That is what I wish for in a new MP driver. Usually experiencing the exact opposite is the reason why I hardly use it anymore. Will be interesting to see how it works out with the ranking system.

So many good comments I don’t know where to begin.

I will start with Slayer, I have been a fan of Slayer and still for years. The first time I saw them live I froze and the hair on my back stood up, it was amazing and I will never forget that night. I never liked Megadeth, I don’t know why, there was something I didn’t like about them, maybe the vocals? I was huge fan of early Metallica but then my interest in them just went away. Now, I listen to a lot of djent bands, like Hactivist, Falluja, Wage War, Born of Osiris.

Slayer pulled the plug and retired last year I think. You should check Lamb of God band, pretty cool.

Back to the game, I will create a discord server and post the link here and see what happens.

I think it will be good to play with and observe experienced players and see how they play. We can also use the discord voice communication.

May be a good idea to start a new thread about this, and post some rules etc, like respect other players, English only, etc.

Where are you driving the McLaren? It's not in the ACC beta. Why not check out Multiplayer in that title?

I'd also add that you need to be able to take multiple lines through various corners. When racing other cars, you don't always get to be on the prime line. So you should practice driving on different lines. Also, learn how to adjust your braking distances to accommodate for stacking (cars head braking first) and reduced downforce/turbulence from the car ahead. Not accounting for stacking is one the main issues Noobs have, because they only know the one brake point they memorized.
