As usual try those thing first :
    -Update your GPU driver
-Remove GPU overclocking (even the one from the factory)

I've noticed some crashing on the latest release. I had a crashing issue, fixed it by dialing things back a little, now the crashes have returned.

Firstly, CPU temps ok ? Overtempt maybe a problem - When it crashes what heppens BSOD ? Black Screen ? Do you get Nvidia Driver Failure (Possible Voltage too low on VCard). I note your video card is OC by default - Could be power draw problem (500w CPU) with this game pulling high CPU and GPU loads..

    I would suggest
    0, Remove any system overclocks.
    1. Run HWMonitor and watch temps.. make sure it isnt overtemp - If its getting hot (cool it)..
    2. Check windows crash log - look for driver failures or background process failures (Could indicate software conflict) or if Nvidia driver failure (voltages to card)
    3. Close all applications and background tasks before running - see if its stable - could be something else on system causing issue - If it fixes it , one by one remove and check until you identify software
    Then it starts getting interesting
    2. Run ram checks and cycle test your ram for losing data (3-4 hour test load your ram) - if it fails - replace your ram
    4. Swap out power supply for 650watt gold or better - see if feeding a stable power at high loads improves stabaility.
    5. start swapping out other hardware components one by one
