1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

New tire- and carphysics since 1.12

Discussion in 'XBox One Discussions' started by George Bavaria, Feb 19, 2017.

  1. As I play the new update 1.12 I feel instantly that the overall car behavior have changed. On lower speeds you have now less grip and specially when I break into a corner I feel now much more the force and weight of the cars. Specially the street legal cars feeling now much better.
Even you can't push the gas pedal that fast or u will spin. Really great. Now assetto corsa feel like I expected from the release.
My question is now. Did have the Xbox version the physic updates that the PC 1.12 have.

I've mentioned this on a couple of threads, tx wheel has also changed. It is now altering the tx base unit dor settings automatically 240/360/540/900. Game settings are 900, the wheel base unit used to stop at 900 it now alters it self to suit the car your in. It doesn't feel as good as it used to.
I've only really tried the 911 gt cup car and can't keep the front tyres anywhere near warm.
Mbk has tried the tx wheel on pc version and the base unit stops at 900 dor on there.

  4. Yes the GT3 Cup have really a problem with tires temp. I only get all 4 tires green when I set air temp over 30° C. That's really a bit extreme.

Console are one patch behind so you should be at "1.11" on pc.

  6. Xbox is 1.12
It's not a law that the console are one behind. Goal from the devs is that there at some point on the same level. But number days not everything. For example whe have no custom championships what PC have since 1.10 or 1.11.. so the number says not everything. But the physics are different than 1.11 which we had became in January on Xbox. Next Xbox update is 1.13
