1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

Generic Please Kunos...custom Championships

    Been playing since beta, there really is a wonderful array of cars and tracks, i would really love to see a custom championship feature.

    To be able to add difficulty, number of races in season, length of races, opponents and the tracks would be awesome.

    Dreaming to simulate old German TC championship, my own GT3 championship or a supercar trackday championship.

    I know you guys are flat out with content but this would be an awesome feature to add some depth and longevity to the sim.

    Didn't they talk about custom championships for 1.8? Then it vanished... I'd like to know too. Was really looking forward to that. :|

    It wasn't ready to be released with 1.8 as far as I know, can't remember where I read that though (forum here or Stefano's live stream maybe). Haven't heard of it since, maybe it's in 1.9, maybe they had their hands full with other stuff. No clue.

    Would be cool if they'd really add it. Beside the mentioned features, it should also be possible to define the point system IMO. Different series have different systems.

    COMPLETED! So cool that Kunos gave us this tool. The simulator REALLY has legs now. :cool:

    Now they just need some small improvements to the editor- like Balance Of Performance options for each car:

    Engine Limiter (40% - 150% so we can easily decrease/increase the hp of opponents)
    Ballast (throw some kg of weight in that dominant mercedes, lol)
    Tire Selection (put that lotus on some harder tires so he's not so fast in the curves)
    A.I. Levels (individually or a "random range" e.g. 94-98%)

    It's in the changelog of the new version; media ignored it because they only focused on Porsche DLCs for over six months...

    Just make sure Steam installed the new version, go to "drive" and in the upper red tabs you will see it near race weekend and those; works great, takes modded tracks and cars, etc. It's well done.
