1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

PS4 PS4 vs PC wheel steering difficulty

    Steering wheel: Thrustmaster T300 Alcantara, T3PA pedals, the latest firmware

    Both Windows 10 and PS4 Pro have same assists & setup.

    PS4 Pro game is updated.

    Windows 10 version is running at 100fps.

    On PS4 Pro, in Porsche 911 GT3 I often spin the car completely. On PC it does not happen. Is there some issue with settings or can it be because PS4 Pro running only 30fps?

    Stability control is off on both versions.

    I will verify. The steering wheel supports 1080 degrees, but because of simracing tips I set it to 900 degrees in both Thrustmaster firmware properties and all apps. I also always use Agressive car profile in ACC.

    Anyway I bought ACC on PS4 just to realize that I need to buy it on PC, so this PS4 release generated more sales, haha.

    The automatic selection of steering ratios doesn’t work on PS4, you need to set the rotation for each car manually in the wheel options, the likelihood is that you are trying to drive the Porsche with the wrong setting. A55E5CB3-0833-4367-A32B-6FA14A022C4E.png

    Thank you, that will be it. I will try it. By the way on PC it is not possible to set 900 deg with mouse. It jumps from 14% (896 deg) to 16% and it is not possible to set 15%. Maybe with keyboard. On 1920x1080 resolution the lowest increment is 10 deg, which would be ok if the value would not be stuck relatively -4 deg. Writing number to a textbox would be nice.

    Otherwise this whole thing seems like a bug. It is great we see simracing going to consoles, but the launch of this product was a bit unfortunate. Customers play a role of alpha or beta testers and patching on Sony platform takes always a delay, because Sony.
