1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

PS4 Sound panning to one side after quitting a game(ps4)

    I play with headphones and for some reason every time I quit a match, whether against the AI or multiplayer, I come back to the lobby only getting sound on one side. Basically have to restart the game every time. Anyone else has this happening? It's super annoying.

    I have a USB-Mixer (Behringer Xenyx Q802USB) plugged to my PS4. Putting the Headphone Jack half way in gives me only mono but at least on both sides.

    Yes, same issue.
    Since first version the sound goes to mono at one point, and then stays mono.

    Has this issue ever been acknowledged by Kunos because I still have this exact problem on Xbox 1X version. The audio only coming out of one side of my headphones.

    There is a thread on this forum from August 2016 stating this problem on XB1 and here we are nearly 1 and a half years later nothing has been done to fix it.

    Is it ever going to be fixed or has the console version now pretty much been abandoned?

    It's pretty insulting that this issue is still happening. I've tried to reach them by every medium possible and I get no answer. I literally have to restart the game every time I finish a race. I must really love this game to play it despite that huge nuisance, but I'd love kunos more if they'd fix it once and for all.

    I've kinda found a workaround, but I'm not exactly certain of how it works. When I select quit and get the pop up asking me if I'm sure I want to quit I don't immediately press yes but I move a few times and wait about 20 seconds and it seems to quit without messing up the sound panning. Just an advice to try while kunos fixes this annoying bug.
