1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    hi there
    i've got another interesting problem. In race with swaps there was a situation: we banned one car, but server kicked only the driver which was on track. Another guy which was in spectator mode, kept spamming in chat and we hadn't any tool to ban him at all.

    I feel you,
    I'm trying to have a slightly cover race but with my settings:

    Rain : 0,0
    Cloud: 0,3
    Randomness: 2
    simracerWeatherConditions: 0

    Practice on friday and quali on saturday = DRY
    Race 60 min = WET the whole race 4 times out of 6, the other 2 are dry and cloudy.

    IIRC randomness 3 and below ( presumably with cloud less than 0.7, but maybe even with more ) should guarantee no rain - if it's not, then that's actually broken rather than "not really as expected".

    You can not. Greasy/Green/Fast/Optimum track grip level is not a configurable option in any of the json files.

    The setting in the quote you posted just allows you to have a fixed track status for a session but it does not allow you to configure what that status should be.

    I give it to you, that you can't define one of your choice out of all grip levels available. In that you're correct.

    Well, yes it does. It changed the track status to "optimum":
    So if you want to have optimum grip,you can use that experimental unsupported option. If you want anything else, you can't.

    Yes you can, by choosing Friday, Saturday or Sunday for the session. It’s not directly setting the condition but the condition is directly affected by the day and time selected.

    Don't bother with variable weather settings, they are broken. I've been trying for months to work it out, with assistance from people on this forum and also Dev's themselves. If you run a league and want to provide some differing weather conditions the safest thing to do is use a fixed setting....so all wet races or all dry races (which will include all sessions before the race itself). Although, this is not always 100% reliable.

    Trying to vary any of the weather conditions from session to session or even during a race session is simply not worth it, you'll lose members as a result due to the unpredictability of these settings. No one likes to race in FLOODED conditions, especially when you set LIGHT RAIN.

    I found only temporary ban, that is only valid until restart.
