Track customization Feature ( putting cones for example )

Hi

I would really love to see in AC funtion/feature simillar to one from LFS which is track customization/editor. As most of you know in LFS you are able to use ingame function where you can edit track , add for example cones / barriers / paint lines and so on .

It's one of the best features I have seen so far in any sim . It gives a lot of options , sandbox feel , making own layouts for example for drifting or any other stunts , example :


I spent houndrets of hours on making own layouts in LFS .If Kunos would also give us some open space "track" like some kind of car park or one showroom they introduced in new update (industrial showroom) would be even better . Not even metion that with big car park you could build your own small tracks...

Kunos is it possible ?

Basically what you want is a simplified map editor. Kunos could spend hundreds of hours on it, wasting money and manpower on a feature few will use for more than 5 minutes, or YOU could spend 2 hours learning how to use more advanced tools to make your own tracks. With more freedoms than an ingame editor could ever offer.

So, which do you think is smarter?

 

It could be paid DLC ?I would gladly buy it .

Im not IT engineer/programer/designer/modder . I was always getting pissed off in rFactor where I spent half of the time in windows and editing files etc. to makes things work... in rF up to date I havent set up even properly steering wheel settings with real FFB plugin where I had to change "zylions" of data and it still wasnt "perfect" . in AC it took me 3 days to set up FFB on my wheel so good like never before in an other sim and I didnt even need to exit thhe game...
I like things simple .

Still it is only suggestion .

 

How could you possibly know how long it would take? How could you possibly know if it's wasting money and manpower? How could you possibly know "few" will use it?

Very good idea to me, maybe Kunos already have this planned, who knows!

 

Go play need for speed. Because half of the joy of racing simulations is the tinkering with them. It's like buying a car and tuning it. You just want to sit into a car and expect it will drive fast. So kindly: go play need for speed, and go away.

Lool, here are "pay for this, pay for that, pay for everything" guys... can't you realise that if this was implemented by kunos it'll make all sense to be included in game???

 

I would love to have an editor to do simple autocross tracks.

ermmmmm did you notice in the notes for AC that upon full release it includes a "track editor". Nope, I guess not. it pays to read notes

 

So it will not be implemented, point.
