1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    Never been a fan of locking a thread and shutting down discussion just for the heck of it. Also, remember that thread participation and/or reading is optional. You don't have to come here and get annoyed.

    Anyway, I've been wondering if Kunos has any contact with the devs of Kartkraft, given that they (Kartkraft devs) have said that true triple screen will be added during EA.

    See, if the thread was locked then I wouldn't be able to say that now would I. :p

    The thing is, had they locked the thread and pinned it, at least people would know Kunos is working on it. Another thread could have been created for the moaning afterwards.

    So, the feature you want is being implemented. Now you come to the forums and chastise others over, and over, and over about their complaints of not seeing any progress in the things they find important. lol

    This game is flatlined. At this point in the the AC development (a few months from launch) there was excitement and the daily playerbase was growing exponentially. This EA in comparison is a complete dud.

    I don't think so. The only serious simracers are all triple screen users.

    Unfortunately again not a triple screen setup for simracing, instead just a bit of additional peripheral vision. When playing first person shooters you don’t really look around the screen with your eyes, because you use the mouse to control the players view point instantly. Instead you rely on peripheral cues.
    Last night I fired up ACC after pushing the screens back to a flat angle. Playable, but took me about an hour to get used to the stretch.
    Incidentally I also noticed the other cameras apart from cockpit view all had screwed up angles? Required massive adjustments for a 29 vFOV Go figure...

    Since crunch time seems to be over for now, and devs seem to be active in the forums again,

    and, as it has been 5 months since the last official word on this I thought I might very politely ask...
    Is the topic still on your list? Is there any new info that you can share with us? I'll even take a "Nope. Still working on it." :)

    Tried again last night. Not possible to play not matter what ppl say and looking at the ridiculous number of players online, I am not alone. Im running 3x32 and it is Unplayable.
    VR ppl are also not happy.
