1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    With the Porsche 918, on console versions there's no any TC ON/OF unfortunately so we've to deal it how it's now. And in the real life I really don't know if this car have the TC ON/OFF funkction.

    You're actually funny in a crazy kind of way. You have consistently complained about every challenge, blaming the car or the track, then have the nerve to get upset when your choice is criticized.
    I love these challenges and give props to @Graveltrap.

    That "problem" was a mouse and has become an elephant, tried on PS4 the combo with a not perfect setting like i have on PC. and my times are near to the PC version, with no TC and also with full TC, it's therefore possible do good laps, no excuse, and like Neawoulf said for example on pc there is no MGU K recovery selection, clearly the thing both on console and pc need an improvement and a equality, but in this combo i don't see a very big problem

    So what?? I'm not mad at all tbh. I'm not blaming no one and nothing. Just saying my opinion. I told you already, my"complains"were on the car handling nothing more nothing less, never blame the OP for nothing, ok, the last challenge I was expecting GT3 (he mentioned sort of possibility that's a chance to put a GT3 on a track) car tbh and he gave us that peace of understeer/oversteer crap, (my opinion) but other than that few cars got serious issues like the Lambo with the gearbox and steering lock (small turn on wheel-big in the game) etc...and still you're complaining about facts that you don't have the control of the car?!? You can't manage this one with integrated TC how you'll manage the 1050bhp Monster without TC?!? We'll never find out :)

    So please don't spam the thread with your idiocy and Stay on topic it would be very appreciated.

    Good luck mate. Keep it tight through the first corners, early on throttle and let it fly

    I think i'm very close to my personal limit now. Unless there is some setup magic left i didn't find yet, i don't think i'll manage to achieve a 1:40.xxx. But i'm starting to like this combo. This is not a car i would want to race or drive on a long track (battery get's sucked dry too quickly), but it's drivable and it's fun to improve laptimes without having to rely on luck (i still need some luck when exiting the Variante Ascari because the car get's a bit nervous on the inner kerb).

    Was just wondering why Larry who is always calm was arguing and realised that iwanchek is on my ignore list and I have missed all this and anything else he might have said in the other challenges.

    If you actually took the time to read some of the posts, it said GT3 would happen when the tyre pressure were aligned with the PC which has happened today, that means a GT3 car will be used next week ;)

    The FXX K is not the same across all platforms, I believe the PC users have access to the multi level traction control, and console users can alter the hybrid systems (maybe not on Xbox if using a Logitech wheel) which in turn means the playing field is not level, It is a bad choice of car because of these things IMO.

    Yes we have run into platform performance issues before, but they were unexpected (Carrera 4 S being much faster on PC for example).

    Any time to do some laps...In a Porsche :p

    TC on 2/4...Just to annoy the console users :)

    Coming to terms with it a little bit now...would like to think I could get to a 1:41. Don't seem to get a full lap of battery on qualify mode so have to switch to charging, whilst braking for a least 1 corner per lap

    Nice driving mate. I'm running the The recovery sYstem on I believe 80 or 90%, I've got juice for whole lap. Maybe you've to adjust the braking zones a bit but it's manageable I think to brake the 41's but not by me :D

    So, miss understanding happened-so what?!?

    On PS4/XBone the specs and the handling is the same only for the PC is different as it seems that fact I didt know unfortunately. When I asked you for the car you've the chance to tell me that fact but doesn't matter now.

    Next week?! Nice one. I can see the Mercedes of the Nurb, just my inner sense told me that.
