1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

My ffb setting with the T300 RS for example is at 35 with the Pagani Huayra but can be different with other cars .

The best way to set up your FFB is to set everything to zero, then set the FFB (overall gain) to something like 30. Do a few laps and adjust the gain to your liking. I said it before but a lot of people out there get power and feedback confused, too much power hides all the feedback...

Road and Slip are amplifiers, curbs is an artificial effect to give flat curbs feel. Understeer exaggerates that particular feel. Personally I leave them set to 0 or off, again increasing power here hides details.

There is a good little video that explains everything a little better, I've posted the link in a couple of places before, I shall dig it up again...

Good to see the PB's are still coming through out the field, we now have 39 players on the board

Struggling to choose between two cars for next week, they are kind of polar opposites, one is all about grip, the other likes to steer from the rear! Decisions, decisions...

Spot a problem? Please let me know so I can get it fixed!

I'd like to request an asterisk next to my time, for using a horrible controller! I'm working on getting a t300rs by the end of this year, but for now I'm the controller guy lol.

I'd also like to update my time!

Shaved a few seconds.. But this car is just brutal for me. Maybe it's the controller, but none of the other cars I've tried so far are THIS squirrelly the ENTIRE lap!

I would be happy to be working with a grip machine next week, rather than anything that's being described as "steering from the rear" :) just my 2 cents

Dude, how do you seem to be getting waaaaaay more grip through some of those corners, than I get? It seems like all I hear when I'm cornering is screeching tires. And for a lot longer than what yours lasts. Your car almost seems to be heavier than mine.

Will knowing that the weekly has been won on a pad several times help you out @Snowman38 ;)

Which tyres are you using? The car has two options, it should default to the "Top Gear Record" which offer the most grip, a good starting pressure is 25psi.

You can also play with camber and toe to change how the car behaves, brain like a sieve this morning so can't remember the figures...

Time check revealed that a little over 13 hours are remaining!

Without seeing the lap the only advice I can give you is completely speculative. You have to let the car roll the corner, be patient with the throttle. Try to get the car pointed straight out of the corner before you get into the throttle hard. If you are hearing a lot of tire squeal mid corner you might be over driving the entry a bit, back up your braking point a little and let it roll into the apex.

Like I said this is all speculative, but I can tell you I have the car as light as possible with only 1 1/2 laps worth of fuel on board (5 liters) -3.2 front camber, -2.4 rear camber. 25 psi front and back, and 9 on the front toe, 14 on the rear toe.
