1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    Things get stranger. I've got a feeling it's got something to do with what livery you are using (I know it doesn't sound likely). When I drove the 962c I kept the default livery. With the 917k I changed the livery. I did the same thing with the Lotus at Black Cat a few weeks ago, and again no ghost car. I thought I would test my theory, so I've just completed a lap of Nordschleife Endurance in the 917k with default livery. I then quit the session then restarted, and guess what? The ghost car is there.

    Just had my first attempt at the Highlands portion of this challenge. Love that car but boy is it fragile!!

    Anyway, Just a handful of laps so far with a best some way off what I hope to achieve. Hopefully much more to come.

    Improvement 2.36.082 xbox one. Was fiddling around with FOV and according to the calculator mine should be 28, assetto maxes at 29 and everything looked so big so couldn't drive properly at all. Back to default.

    As for Nords, we'll I keep trying but always mess up in an easy corner! Got until Sunday so try again. [​IMG]

    You need some time to get used to a new FOV, so a challenge isn’t the best thing to try it out.;)
    But it’s totally worth it imo.

    What calculador is that and what are those numbers?in AC fov works for me in most cars,but on others games not so much,it would be cool to have some sort of way to change that

    Flyingcarrot is probably referring to http://www.projectimmersion.com/fov/index.php. Put in your details (screen size, aspect ration and the distance you are away from the screen) and the tool will calculate the correct field of view in degrees. In Flyingcarrot's case the field of view should be 28 degrees. However, the smallest field of view in AC is 29 degrees.

    Struggling with the set-up. For me the car turns in well then the front washes out into understeer on corner exit. A 'mare on the fast sweepers. Where's Havana Bob and his time halving tunes??
