1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    Extremely late to the party
Not great but I don’t think I’ve managed more than 10 laps throughout this week and half of them was with a controller ( hats off to you guys using controller, I was absolutely terrible)
Im determined to try get some laps done at some point today, it’s the first day without family and friends visiting since Monday so the wheel will definitely be coming out. Cant wait!!!

Wow. Haven't played AC in maybe a week. Hopped right in this badboy (stock settings) and went around for six laps without issues, recording a 1:50.262 best on the fifth lap. After a few minor tweaks like swapping for the softs, dropping the fuel level, and evening the ride height at 10, I managed to come out with this. Great atmosphere with the car, though honestly I'm not sensing much difference in its behavior with the softer compound. Anyway, I did spin out a few times (and find walls) en route, but hitting my personal target (1:49s) was rather quick and painless compared to other challenges. Still, I'm reminded that I need to be more attentive with and possibly re-review catching and unwinding slides with race cars because when things go wrong, they usually go DAMN wrong! Often it's too much countersteer, too late an effort to countersteer, or too late and inappropriate an action to unwind the countersteer... haha

@Lewisxbone You thought you were late to the party? I almost didn't show up! Then, I remembered a short conversation days before (via PSN) with @Laughing Gravy saying I would make time to play this challenge. Plus this is the weekend where MotoGP races at this track. But everything all said and done, back to playing God of War and slaying some Valkyries! Those aren't like the Aston Martin Valkyrie though, which will be slaying its competitors instead...

OMG, I've tried so many things to make the softs or supersofts not completely overheat. Very limited success. Tried softer springs (not harder though, as Tibor seems to have used to good effect), lots of aero settings, mucked about with camber, diff, wing, dampers, and just about everything else too :)
I have learned a little bit along the way but I still think my setup is pretty rubbish :D However, I think I'm going to throw in the towel now, despite not getting into the 47s!

So much time away from AC did a lot of harm to my almost non existent driving skills :( i reckon i could go faster 2-3 seconds because i did only 2 laps, but thats just it.
