1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    Last one for tonight..trying too hard now. i think i made steps in the right direction with the tune. Might give it another crack early tomorrow...might not. Hit my goal of 16's..and im in the top 10 (at least for now). Great job to everyone..this week was a tough one.

    I see the weekend is where everything happens. I better do some great times at the beginning of the week to have a hope. Can't wait to see the new challenge.     I had another quick go but I think i'm done. All i was doing was braking way too late so that killed off any decent entry speed.I then kept braking too early.Once all that happens there's no way out except to quit:mad:

    The car is like an adolescent daughter. You love her, but she JUST WILL NOT do what you want.;)

    Really hoping everyone enjoys next week's WHC as much. I know there is a great following for the oldies, but I think we want variety too. So grip and downforce will return and that will take some getting used to after this week.

    Sorry, but I don't know my sector times, I'm watching the delta app. I always save my replays, but I don't know how to get the sector times from it. If somebody knows, please tell me.
    I'm sure you have to try it, at least for the fun. And I can't anymore :D

    What a great week! It's very satisfying to see an increase in the turnout, so to everyone, your contribution is much appreciated, a big thanks for taking part.
    Many congrats to Andy-R for a brilliant lap to take 1st place and he now leads the Championship.
    It was very tight between second and third, well done pctm and V8_KB, great to see you both battling in the WHC.
    In fact, everyone who managed to hustle this car round and posted a time deserves congratulations too.
    I'll post the League Table in a new thread, after a fair bit of discussion Bonus Points have been awarded to 2 drivers this week.

    Now, I'm off to a Stewards Inquiry with Tibor. I think his watch is fast!:D

    From absolutely hating this car on Monday I’ve got to admit I loved this challenge by the mid week.
    Feel like I’ve learnt so much about understeer and oversteer control.
