1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    Welcome to the thread for the Weekly Hotlap Challenge #149 – Little and Large – the return of Graveltrap!

    It is three years to the week that John Gordon posted The Devil wears Praga and started the WHC.
    He posted two challenges, before handing his newborn idea to Graveltrap. Like a nursemaid on speed, Graveltrap took the infant from 6 players to 44 players in six weeks and he is the reason we are here today. And he's back to set the Challenge for us!
    I’m delighted and it is most fitting for this of all weeks, to hand the WHC keys over to PastMaster Graveltrap for WHC149.
    Thanks to him for getting us here and thanks to him for proposing this week!

    Harking back to WHC #24 where we used the Levante S at Magione.
    The big SUV is a surprising package, you get to feel the weight move around as you brake, accelerate and corner and this can be used to to your advantage to get the thing to rotate. Beware it will oversteer which is great for grin factor but not so good for lap times!
    The short club circuit is a great fit for this machine, it offers a variety of challenging corners in a very small package, watch out for oversteer out of turn 2 and don’t let the weight moving catch you out in the chicane.

    RSR best time around here is 59.045 so we’re aiming for 58s, let’s get the gravel flying and do our Past master proud!

    Michelin, Dunlop, Continental and Pirelli all have a range of tyres for the Maserati, at around £200 each, without fitting…
    Recommended pressure is 40psi all round, treat them gently!!

    How to take part - Hot lap:
    To enter, select Hotlap, choose the Maserati Levante S and the Vallelunga Club circuit.
    Please setup the session as shown below:
    Mode: Hotlap
    Time of day: Free
    Ambient Temp: 26 Degrees
    Setup: Free
    Controller: Free
    Assists: Free
    Stability: Free
    To qualify you must have the ambient temp set to 26 DegC.

    Deadline: Sunday 13th October 2019 - by 18:00 BST.
    Chequered Flag will drop shortly before 6pm.

    You can run as many laps as you like and update your times as often as you like. It is all about taking part, pushing yourself and enjoying Assetto Corsa. All Platforms are welcome.
    To submit a time, pause the game and select 'session' from the menu and screenshot this page or take a photo of your screen and post it in this thread - Note all the information from the screen is required including temperature, mode heading and of course the car being used!
