1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    Is this challenge with PDK or manual h-box? I dont see any clutch action and I know you cant clutchless the manual because it grinds and wont go into gear (whether mechanical damage is on or off, as far as I know). I understand autoblip downshifting, yet it still requires clutch as does upshifting. I remember with alfa romeo launch edition was setup as a manual cockpit yet the sim had me paddle shifting, which I found odd. Seems like something similar going on here? Unless I'm imagining things or doing something wrong.

    That's what I thought, yet these videos aren't making sense to me unless they can hit the clutch quicker than the sim recognizes input (blue bar on pedal input). I'm just confused as to how any shifting is being done without clutching (blue bar never moves).

    That's the best I can do yet but haven't watched the videos so there is a hope. That was TC off but I matched it with tc on. I can press on the throttle early when it's on but they both have pros and cons.

    If the video is recorded from a replay then the clutch bar doesn’t work, it only saves the accelerator and brake pedals.

    @Emmanuel Tubbiolo can't decide on which approach is best to impress the hotties, tc done up, or tc left undone.


    Great job guys, the club is smoking and we have had quite a few hookups happening. Bouncers are keeping everything kosher so no worries about ordering another drink and gaining the confidence needed to go after that hottie in the corner of the club who's just a little out of your league. But a good smile and a great personality can sometimes make all the difference.

    In my case its because I never use the clutch. I only use the paddle shifters... I don't have a h-shifter.


    I posted my setup at the end of my video in post #15. I find with most street cars the best thing to do is to max the neg camber and increase postive toe almost all the way. Turn the TC off because once you get used to modulating the throttle you will be faster than if you let the tc modulate it for you.

    Not all cars punish you when you just push clutch and do not release the accelerator ;)

    For my setup - as I said before, I set camber at the front to -2 and at the back to -2,2. I left toe stock.
