1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    I put the ps4 on to do the AC challenges. It came up with a message to say that ACC had an update to download.

    So I did that and thought I'd try the game to see what had changed.

    An hour of Bathurst later and AC never got put on after all.

    I couldn't tell any difference in the game; I guess it's just preparation for the gt4 DLC.

    What I can tell you is this is my favourite WHL of all time. No question. The 312T on the Nordschleife was my #1. Not any more.

    Aussie rules.

    Here is an update on my sim rig. While my second steering wheel is still in production I have concentrated on a few details.
    I made a small shelf for my keyboard, added an optional mousepad and also a holder for my headphones.

    @mike reynolds The Sprint pedals started squeeking under braking already. Will add some PTFE dry spray and see if it goes away.

    The car is quite understeery and several corners are a real toss up between 3rd or 4th gear.
    Have to say, I do like this bit of road though.

    Small improvement. @Totall Wrytoff , interestingly enough, although I also feel this car understeery, what really bugs me is a rear instability, probably caused by my rudimentary inputs. I increased rear toe in and felt it a little better, but didn't reach to a conclusion.

    Tried earlier the AC short, but no success today. About 3 seconds above the 5 minutes challenge.[​IMG]

    I got the gt4 for ACC. Not sure how to pronounce it but I'm enjoying my Camaro. Off back to Mt. Panorama then. :)

    The time ain’t going to win any awards, but for track that is far from optimised on X1X (through the mountain section left and rights the frame pacing issue really kicks in) and hence I just don’t use, I am actually really happy with it.

    With green numbers all the way round, I got a big kick of oversteer on the cobbles, last corner!
    Agonising and this could have been even better.
    But, my "Long and Short of it" is 5.00.106!
    Reckon I could find that at Brands....

    For that price, you'd kinda think it would be a motion rig, but the last time I looked at the info about it, I couldn't see any sign of that, so... what on earth is pushing the cost so far into 5 figures!? (Even the high 4-figure price range would be a bit questionable I reckon.)
