1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    I need to change some settings as at times it was so bright (even at 10am) that I could barely see where I was going and at times I was hanging on to the steering wheel for dear life trying not to go off track. Room for improvement.

    I got rid of the bright sunlight but I'm always a bit scared to push too hard on this track as it's so long. Nothing worse than making a mistake when you've almost finished the lap and have to start again.

    I was going to have a go at AC2 but when it came to setting the skill level of the AI all I could see was in percentage terms and I was unable to find Easy, Medium, Hard settings etc. Can anyone help me out where I find these settings or can I only set them in percentage terms on PC? I couldn't find anything in Content Manager either.

    Maybe you only have the AI Driving Standard as a percentage on PC.
    It doesn't really matter.
    Set it to whatever you like, and just say which % you chose.
    Close to 0% would be fine to start!:D

    Speaking of which, this time caught my eye, being two minutes ahead of the nearest rival:
    but it turns out that it was set in the FXX-K rather than the GTO. Phew!

    Knowing I was ahead, I lost big time through Pflanzgartens and Sprunghügel , so going again!

    Great lap @V8_KB ! Using the pad!:rolleyes:

    All 36 of these cars were made to be thrashed, nonetheless the longer ratios feel more valve and clutch friendly.

    I would love to start at 0% but the lowest I can set it at is 80%. All I can do is give it a try & see if I can win.

    @HandyAndy1962 - on PC I don't think winning is necessary. All you need is the total race time screen for both races. (And your combined time.)
    On console, you need to win and pit to see these.
    On PC, I believe you see the total race time, regardless of finishing position.

    Setting the AI at 80% was rather easy, even for me, but it gave me an idea of where I was if I want to attempt it again and increase the difficulty. I only had two attempts with the Shelby so I can definitely improve.

    This is phew-wee! Kerbs are like ski ramps!
    I'm in control for about 50% of the time. The car goes much faster than I can think.
