Well im going to have to shut down my Hosted server!

I've had an Elite gamers server for about 4 months now and with the declining # of multiplayer participation, I can't seem to get any participation. ACC Belgium servers (6 of them) have taken over...I don't want to pay money for a server that no one shows up in ... I will likely only race on weekends when more servers other then ACC Belgium are populated.

 

So do it...

Well... no one obliged him to do so. If he is unsatisfied, just shut it down.

 

I dropped my server last month for the same reasons. There’s plenty out there and for the most part, you can find any track you want to race or practice on.

 

Of course no one is obliged to do anything however he still did and gave it a go..

If steamspy and steamcharts are correct, less than 1% of ACC buyers use ACC in one day...
So unfortunatelly small player numbers in ACC.

 

Sorry to see this, recall racing on your servers a few times. Always good clean driving with the 70SA requirement, if I've got that right. Thanks for hosting.

 

There's usually 4-500 servers showing in the quick join stats. Unfortunately people keep creating servers giving no thought to how they're realistically going to attract users. Sorry to hear you're not getting traffic, but is there any compelling reason for someone to join your server over the other 500?

 

Sorry to hear. I sure would like to race online more but so far ACC hasn't provided me any fun online for a few reasons. Last time I raced online regularly was when GTR2 was in its hay day
1) my SA is 64-65 right now so I cant get on the "good servers". I do a lot of practicing by my self and don't get lots of time to play long sessions to improve it quickly so 15-20 min quick races offline for me when I can
2) time, being in Canada peak times are never really when i'm online not a lot of options to choose from.
3) i'm too slow to hang with the fast guys but to quick and consistent to race the "crashers" that cant stay on the track so i'm by my self most of the time i'd rather race AI rated for my skill level
4) i don't feel like being accused of everything always being "my fault". it seems like the blame game is so bad now compared to when i did the GTR2 public servers. people would always say sorry now there is no accountability.

Hope doesn't sound like i'm hijacking or complaining just giving some insight as to why i dont play online

 

Naa its ok guys I originally set my server up because it was only $6 a month. When i first started it there was no problem getting racers. Many complimented the server on the quality of racing that took place, as i set 70 sa requirements. Then it just died, it was fun while it lasted.. no regrets..

 

Let's have a final party at least, to not get your money wasted. I am very sorry for this. Right now, unfortunately, if you don't schedule it, it is very difficult to collect players. Infact all those who are having success, spend a lot of time to keep their community alive.

 

the game die's.... player leaving ... nobody play's CP Server

Patch 1.0.8 minolin say's cp servers are 30/60/90 min races and now its 1.1.2 and no cp 30min servers

Aero bug is allready in the game since 1.0.7

the rating system is all so buggy

thats it point !

i have 1400h in acc i'm done with this game

btw... 1000000 public servers and 350~ players


its to easy to kill the Kunos public servers and make cp server 30min with map rotation avery hour ;D
