1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    As the title suggests "where is everyone ?" .Went online today and many many server empty ,counted less than a 100 players combined on all servers .Are people abandoning this game or are they gonna comeback when more updates and fixes are applied? Not a rant just concerned for the future of this title as I enjoy the driving .

    I await substantial developments. Sometimes I try the beta versions, and I contribute my opinion, because I think ACC has very high potential. But I admit that at the moment I am running elsewhere

    You can't expect ACC to run as well as older and less detailed games, no matter how much you optimize it. But sure, of course I would like it to run it at 90FPS locked with Epic details. Who wouldn't?

    Right now it runs well in my i7 6700k with a 1080ti, with details fairly high. Of course it doesn't run at 90FPS but I don't mind ASW on.

    It's all just really. See the Steam Stats for AC and for ACC. I monitor it lately. 300 people play at ACC at the same time, and at AC -3000. If they don’t do anything in the near future in terms of serious multiplayer, server, UI, VR and gameplay fixes and inprovements, then ACC will remain only in our memory for offline fun races in rain. Sorry about that. :(

    The game is a bit ahead of it's time in some ways, aka, more future proof. Kinda like Crysis in it's time.
    Give the game half a year and the playercount should be rising far beyond what it has seen before, as updates, fixes and content gets added. However, it will not become more than a series specific game as far as we can tell. And that's fine, the game is laser focused and nothing beats it on the driving dynamics aspect and that's not easy to replicate with 100's of cars.

    So true, I did a 45min race the other day in VR and I was more or less soaked from the PC heating up and the draft from my window being just as warm. Adds to the immersion in some ways. Def not as keen on racing in the summer as the rest of the year.
