1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

Whos fault is it?

Not that I'm an expert, but it looks Rosberg defended and Hamiton was aggressive and impatient. What do you think? And why?

If Nico actually made an attempt to turn the wheel @ the Apex....then maybe.

Nico's fault without a doubt, there's no "mistake" there, no one turns in that late, not professional drivers anyway :).

No one's fault, it's the car fault they are too fragile. :p

in my opinion Nicos fault, hamilton can expect to see nico defend and push him to the outside but he was just going straight until they collided, he cannot expect that.

I vote Nico too. He wasn't going for the apex looking at the moment when he started turning his wheel. And Hamilton had to start turning if he wanted to stay on the track, look where the white line goes. He can't assume that other driver won't turn at all. Well maybe both of them should assume that when they are close to each other. ;)
I guess he wanted to push Hamilton out to make sure he lose enough time to not attack again before the checkered flag.
    Here's my opinion.

100% Nicos fault! He easily could have turned into that corner like "normal" instead of driving straight, risking a crash with his opponent.
Similar incident happened at Hockenheim with Verstappen: o_O

Supposedly Nico had his brakes fail at t1 so car had no hope stopping at t2.

You have to at least attempt to make the apex... As Tpau says it was the same in Germany Rosberg didn't seem to try to make the corner and collided with Max. I think the Austria incident was in the stewards minds when they handed Rosberg a penalty.

The normal thing that happens is the guy on the inside at least attempts to make the corner and the car on the outside gets run out of road unless they are completely alongside. The other common thing is the guy on the inside runs wide allowing the persuer to switch to the inside and pass. You can't just not turn in, otherwise you end up T-boning the car if it's alongside if they're level. I'm not sure what's happened to Rosbergs race craft in the last few events...

The times in the past where I've watched Hamilton shove Nico off the track.
Come on Nico you can do it.

But if he has had a full brake failure then in Austria turning the wheel would have made no difference other then losing more control amd making it a bigger incident.

He probably thought Lewis was AI and he could use his car as a brake plus if he took him out of the race he wouldnt lose any points. ;)

Im not saying thats a good thing to do but seems like he has gone brake, oh crap nope. Then oh theres Lewis maybe he will help me stop and if not I will help him stop. :D

  13. Rosberg's fault. To late on the brakes there. Also in mind the Rosberg have known he has trouble with his brakes.
At a point also Hamilton have to take the corner. And Rosberg crash into him.
My opinion and it was also the statement from the team after the race.
Also the crash in Barcelona was in my opinion the fault of Rosberg. You can't push your team member out (friend or not) if you drive in the wrong programm and he is faster.

    Nico's fault.

He was desperate on the brakes and brake failure does not help either and than to make it worse he does not leave the space for the other car to rejoin (after forcing the other car wide) even though he (Ros) had major damage. With this new spec sides it blocks your vision more than in 2015 so Hamilton could bearly see where Rosberg was and tried to leave as much room as possible and than Rosberg tried to push him wide on the exit but failed completly and made contact with him without touching the apex.

But meh it was last lap all or nothing for both of them.

    Excuse my grammar.

Its Nicos fault for sure .. Im not buying the break fail bit , he seems to be able to break fine on all the rest of the turns even with a broken front wing ..

Run-off is not a part of the track, you can't push your opponent there. If there wasn't tarmac at the run-off areas that might be Lewis out of the race.
Anyway, it's good to see everything at it's righteous place now. Nico Rosberg never was, and never will be world champion material. If he didn't drive what's by miles the best car of the grid nobody would know he exists. He's lucky to have Mercedes backing him up so much.

Maybe they did... his steering didn't fail though and he did the same to Verstappen. Nico is a hot-lapper and can't race for toffee, Hamilton is a prima donna who is just full of himself, the rest just need a competitive car. It pains me that they seem to change the rules just as everyone is catching up on those that stole a march when the regs changed at first. F1 is becoming stale and boring, there's so much more entertaining motorsport out there these days.

    :(

Hamilton and others have been block passing and driving people off track with impunity for years and suddenly its a problem when Bernie's least favourite driver* does it. I've watched F1 since i was a young lad and its an omnishambles now. I won't miss it when it disappears behind the Sky paywall.

    * It's not that Bernie has a personal problem with Rosberg, it's just that he doesn't generate media hits that he can use to sell F1
