1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    1. When will the comprehensive rule set and track conditions be published?
    2. Have drivers to be prepared for any balance patches to the cars?
    3. Is it normal for the steering wheel dashboard (gear, rev indicators, etc) on the 2015 919 not to be working?
    4. What will be the format of the test days and on what track will they be held?
    5. Will custom skins with chosen driver's numbers be available at the start of the championship?

    Thx for the answers; also I'm German as well, you can write me in German via PM if you need to.
    It's good we will practice race starts during testing, as this is the most frequent part of the race where contact & accidents occur.
    As the cars will recieve BOP adjustments after the test sessions, we reserve the right to change our car choice before the first race, because we based it on their current performance and properties.
    By whom, how and on what basis will you judge necessary BOP changes?

    Danke für Deine Antworten - wir können uns auch auf Deutsch via pm unterhalten, falls dies nötig ist.
    Finde gut, dass wir während der Testfahrten den Rennstart üben werden, da während dessen im allg. die meisten Unfälle passieren.
    Nun da weil wie Du sagtest die einzelnen Autos BOP Änderungen erhalten werden, behalten wir uns vor unsere Wahl des Autos bis vor dem ersten Rennen zu ändern, weil wir unser Auswahlverfahren den derzeitigen Stand der Fahrzeuge zu Grunde gelegt haben.
    Durch wen, wie und nach welchen Kriterien wird denn die BOP der Fahrzeuge zu ihrern Klassen angepasst?

    This championship has been canceled.
    There was very poor communication from the organizers during the last month.
    The organizers moved their forum before the first race day (which didn't even take place).
    The ruleset was incomplete and was not published in English.
    The air and asphalt temperatures on their server were set unresonably high, so all tyre compounds inrespectable of pressure were constantly outside their temperature range and degraded rapidly.
    There was very poor attendance on test days.
    The LMP1 cars were not finished and not BOP adjusted.
    Were these issues known beforehand, I wouldn't have spend money to acquire the necessary cars (LMP1 + EGT).

    I've seen a lot in AC, and this was the poorest organized championship I've come across. I'd recommend to be very wary of TRC and RSR in the future.
