1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    Agreed, although online lobby seems to be far and few. Had my whole game crash twice online at monza, 3 players in lobby, time attk, practice works fine, so will improve my laps untill next update,

    Dammit I just bought this game because of the new update (1.14) and the custom championships with the sweet new AI, o'well. If I remember correctly Project Cars had the same issues with Microsoft rejecting there updates, so I will only assume it's Microsoft screwing the pooch on this one too.

    Screwed again by MS:( I got xbone for forza now that we have PC,Dirt rally and AC i dont play forza any more. Any one want a g920 lol. The constant updates that take forever to download chew me *** out. Yeah i should have stayed with PS.

    Bahhaaahaa nah mate its just they take longer then they should they always have. When i got xbone there wasnt any racing games on PS. Maybe im just pissed cause i just kicked xbox in guts and needs a update and for some random reason on xbox they just take for ever.

    What other reason it should be that ms have rejected the update? Do you guys think they hold a update 4 weeks back without any reasons. They can't do such things. There will be reasons behind. And that pcars been rejected two had technical reasons too.
    I don't think they sent updates back without any explaining. But it's kunos good right to don't share this things here in forums. Whe have to simple live with it.
    It doesn't help microsoft and kunos. Because the most people think that microsoft hold updates back to support there own games. But that makes no sense for different reasons.
    What I would know more is, are xbox updates now always a month behind ps4

    This is complete guesswork, but do you think it could be down to how the new lobby system works with passwords and naming servers. Every Xbox game I've had from 360 to xbone, the one thing that never changes is how the game invite, join friends games and easy social side e.g. Party chat works. Every game uses the same system.
