1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

I hope so, i don't know about other people but for me even on aggressive setup the car has too much understeer on power and it is extremely frustrating.
TBH i don't think it is possible to gain good downforce with less flicks because if this was true then both audi and lamborghini would keep them smaller and in lesser quantity.
Look at the description of new audi on AC facebook page, it says "pointy front end" which could be the result of 2 big front flicks and if audi needs this the car which is already better in terms of underbody airflow, weight distribution etc then idk how porsche will manage.

That’s kinda like saying GTE is not a proper race car like F1... what makes a “proper” race car? In my opinion anything that’s raced on track in any race series is a proper race car.

And now the most obvious point, GTE is VERY expensive compared to GT3, the GTE cars share basically nothing with the road cars while GT3 are very close to the road cars, to me this is more interesting as it pushes the manufacturer to actually make good road cars to begin with.

And what happens when they make good gt3 cars ? look at ferrari that car can be overtaken by gt4 on straights because BoP cuts power soo much and not to mention huge ballast.(okay maybe not by gt4s but you get the point)
GTE is very little compromise race car whilst GT3 focus around gentlemen drivers hence all the focus on cost, electronic aids and ofcourse how easy it is. This is customer racing.
I don't know about you but for me a proper race car is a no compromise car.
By your definition any car that can be driven on race series is race car but remember that is your opinion.
In short GT3 is indeed a race car but with more compromise than other race cars(dtm,gte,f1 etc)

Look mate i'm not hating GT3 cars or anything please don't get me wrong i like gt3 but they are not full blown as dtm or gte and those are just facts.

This information is available online i.e what aero elements provide what etc.
Also from ACC you can draw good conclusions (if you are decent players that is)

I wonder if framerates will be consistent between old and new content. It looks like we are getting a hell of a lot of detail in the new cars and Zandvoort.

It shouldn't have a big difference, the older tracks and cars are already highly detailed.

Sadly it is a non restricted car which makes near 600Hp ! as opposed to what BoP gives us(500Hp).

And yet, you still can't get away from amateur drivers in gte.

There are pros who struggle in gt3, just because it's got tc and abs doesn't make it a walk in the park.
