1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    Hey, so you got more content as a candidate for my money, fine.I hope you have done a better job at deserving it this time though. Last time you took my money I was left with stuttering sound, dropping frame rates and a racing sim without a lap times roster (yeah, really, seriously, no lap times???).

    I hope you'll come up with more deserving content this time.

    I purchased the season pass, got the purchase confirmation email, it installed the theme, but then I can't access to those japanese pack dlc cars in the game and can't download it in the game.

    In the Assetto Corsa gamepage, it said purchased/installed for the season pass, but in my PS library, I can't locate the season pass under "your Add-Ons".

    Anyone is experiencing this?

    After several months. Today I finally can play the Japanese cars! But can not play Porsche cars still ! Waiting for 6th December!

    Please be advised that Asia PSN is experiencing the same problem...

    I purchased the season pass at the very first moment when it came out on HK PSN store, coz I trust AC is the best simalitor on PS4 ever!
    Therefore I can live with the waiting in spite of that really not short at all...
    But...unfortunately...after the purchasing, still unbale to get ANY DLC cars in the game... it shows "the required content is temporarily unavaliable".
    And I guess the publish of Porsche pack on 6th Dec may also solve the problem... But again, sadly, no.
    I have to say me and many Asian players do fell the disappointment little bit...

    Please do fix the season pass ASAP.

    Wish all the best for AC and 505.

    Really looking forward for your action.

    Same problem here. At least for Hong Kong PS store, buying a season pass doesn't permit you to download the Porsche pack and the Japanese pack. That's a huge problem for many of us who feel like we're cheated... Please help us on this, and we just can't wait to drive those dlc cars!
