And here we are again,
tones of complains and the day after the patch fixing it drops XDDDDD,
Now we can enjoy setups that are all the time being loaded the same without any other issues

And as always, them usual suspects will think Kunos did this because (and only because) of their constant complaining.

Note: complaining in the general discussion thread and reporting a bug in the corresponding support forums are two different things.

 

Well they broke it pretty badly so it was clear they would fix it asap. Still wonder why they dont use the beta branch for hotfixes not properly tested, to avoid such a critical bug popping up in the main release branch.

Maybe now they can work on some of the older bugs.

 

I never got flying or got hit by flying car, in VR that could have been interesting experience, missed opportunity

 

Bit of an obscure bug that one - was hard to detect the cause of it and unlikely to come up in beta.

 

Unlikely to come up? This was an old bug, and it should be part of the tests in any update because it might happen again. Not so obscure...

People here are not even talking about the same things, cars flying wasn’t only spaw issue but new bug that occurred after fixing other setup issue, but whatever, let’s move on

 

Kindergarden why, because some poeple are discontented with some parts/bugs of the game? Some guys indeed take it like the game is trash, but some others are just saying how's the game right now

 

Ugh, the hyperbole in here. No it's not a life and death situation. In both ways. No one needs a game to live, no. People just want the product they paid for to work, that's all.
How is that such a novel concept? Did publishers brainwash people that much by now?

I really like the guys at Kunos, ACC is an amazing racing simulator and I'm sure they're working they're asses off to provide the best product they can. But if there are continued (or new) issues with their product a year after release then that absolutely is a situation they need to deal with ASAP, it cannot not be the fault of the their customers "expecting too much". If Kunos bit off more than they can deal with atm then I'm sorry for them (honestly if I had the talent in their field I'd love to help), but it doesn't exempt them from having to deal with the problem and most certainly doesn't mean no one's allowed to voice their discontent. And frankly, I'd personally much rather wait longer for patches if that makes it less likely to break something. But obviously that's not always the path devs can take, they need revenue and the playerbase engaged after all.

The same applies to any game, any developer, any publisher - unless the product is provided for free. Extremely tired of people coming to the defence of companies they bought something from, creating the expectation that issues do not need to be dealt with and asking for it to be fixed is equal to attacking the developers. It isn't. That isn't to say some people take it too far, but reacting the same way to it isn't OK either.

The day any game/program is released with no bugs or need hotfixes at any time in its life will be the first time in the history of gaming or even products in general. Until that day happens the complaints of some are invalid. People complain like the guys at Kunos are doing nothing when in fact there is an endless list of updates, fixes and new content constantly being worked on everyday, tweaked and improved and given to us idiots as soon as possible. They could of quite easily just dropped the game and run like many other dev teams by starting another new project. But they have not done that and this game is their main and only focus.
Just look at Iracing, RaceRoom, Rfactor ect... many years on the market and still not even close to being perfect. Always room for improvement. I am not being a fan boy just trying to point out that some people need to be more constructive and respectful in the way they complain.
Did you get straight A* for everything at school in every exam ever? doubt it. Did your teachers complain how crap you were constantly if not??
Are you a global tycoon big boss at the top of your field at work?? Doubt it. Does everyone complain at everything you have ever done and how terrible of a job you done to get to the top??

Try showing a bit of appreciation for what they have done already and what they are doing now, Even better help where you can to improve fault finding/fixing using the correct channels. Try being human for once.

Remember, people, it is invalid to talk about the servers being down because no game is perfect.

 

There is a simple saying that many should use in life. "If you have nothing useful to say, then dont say anything at all"

 

what a bull****... after a patch it is normal that servers are down, until they applied everything and restarted the system to be safe. be happy that you can use the game during that time. other services (like the one with the i at the beginning) are completely offline during patchdays, and you can do nothing.
