Correct me if i wrong. I think it should be ok if the defender change line for whatever reason (even more than one time) before the attacker make a move, unless attacker already make a move & the defender purposely change line to block then thats no good. Yes ??

You can weave if the person behind is in your slipstream, but not close enough to pass you.
Bit of a grey area but if there's chance you may cause a collision you cannot change lane.

Nope. Weaving on the straights just to break a tow is illegal as well. Lewis got reprimanded for this very thing in Malaysia a few years back. Its still a defensive maneuver.

One move off your line, and then you're allowed to move back towards the racing line when you approach the corner(just leave room on the outside).

Distance between cars is a factor. The rules change every year.
