1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    Have a good time of the day,

    Probably, something near and relative this topic already were discussed somewhere there, deeply in "history".
    Just wish to try to get some actual (more of less fresh) info, advices from owners of similiar hardware about what a best from:
    1. Firmware+drivers
    2. Settings (drivers+AC)
    3. Anything else additional (tips, tricks)

    (https://www.fanatec.com/au-en/support/product;old_product_id;230)

    Thanks,

    I have a Porsche 911 turbo S Wheel , it is a bit older than the GT2, I use driver v261 and the Firmware 756. It works really well with AC. Below are my actuals setting. I also use FFB Clip(find it at Racedepartment).
    Good race.

    I wish I could help but my wheel is a CSR elite, so quite different than the GT2 wheel. It is the first model of the CSW series, some issue with the 2 motors at first, but the second set is still holding on, after almost 4 years.

    Have a good time of the day,

    Thanks Andre. FFB cip - is kind of "must have" from applications for Corsa, without doubts. But, relative your settings - they looks a bit strange from mine point. Minimal force, filter, at least - for what?

    What i'm got for this moment.
    Last available firmware 756 (win10). Even while using Win7(x64).
    Last available drivers v261(x64).
    All working fine. Seems, even little better, than before. Few changes actually "touchable". All "doubts" were - illusion.
    One thing, that default wheel's presets now using DRI (something like drift mode) activated in level 2 (max is 5) - it making wheel lighter with more fast returting to center. Interesting and good feature, for sure.

    For now, mine settings is looks like.

    Basic wheel's preset:
    SEN=OFF
    FF=100
    SHO=0
    DRI=1 (0,2 - good, as well)
    ABS=0
    LIN=0
    DEA=0
    SPR=0;DPR=0;ACL=OFF

    AC wheel's settings (shot from AC Content Manager):

    Wheel's driver (nothing at all):

    Actually, noticed, that there is no difference between 0 and 100% of dampening (with this Porsche GT2 wheel) in Corsa.
    May be, be cause used 0 instead of 1.0 value for DAMPER_GAIN in cfg/assettocorsa.ini

    [FF_EXPERIMENTAL]
    ENABLE_GYRO=0
    DAMPER_MIN_LEVEL=0
    DAMPER_GAIN=0
