Generic Any Update on the next update

I have been watching the forums for any informative feedback from Kunos on the next update.
So far, all I've seen is threads being closed because of the chatter.
I agree that some people (myself included) have been vocal about our displeasure at the delay and maybe some have crossed the line from "constructive" criticism to outright whining.
That does not explain the essential "radio silence" from Kunos.
I'm not asking for a specific date, although that would be nice. I am asking for info. Has it been submitted? If not, why?
What will potentially be included in this update, other than private lobbies?

From the current information available they submitted it once in early april and there were problems, those problems are apparently fixed and they submitted last week again. If that goes well the update should go live in early May

 

It never stopped. People want information.
And, remember, if you're not part of the solution you're part of the problem

The absence of an update infers that there is no update. None of this speeds up the process. It just clutters up the forum and frustrates everyone.

 

It should be an official communication

I mean seriously. You've been already told that we'll update you when we'll have dates. What's the part that is unclear?

 

I think they have already answered the question several times. When they know it, they will say it. Is it so difficult to understand? Either we trust them and wait patiently. I know it's not easy. Either we annoy them by always asking the same question and in the end, we could get the opposite effect. In any case, if I was Kunos, that's what I would do after a while, following the logic, the most general, present on the forum. I'm going to sell my games, I'll switch to the pc version, Pcars is better etc. In deduction, these threats debilitate, to put the pressure in an uninteresting way. The conclusion, since there are no more PS4 players, no need to work on it. Luckily you're lucky I'm not Kunos.

 

When there is a update on the update users complain that the update about the update wasnt what they wanted to hear anyway.

...........well omg, Your asking people that are not even sure you are still supporting the game what part of that is unclear? EVERYTHING about it is unclear. The words of "soon" "march" "finalizing the last few thing" "april" then now you plan to tell us "may" is unclear. Going back to FEB, not one post or update about it has played out to be true and this guy asks us what is unclear about it. This company is actually aggravated that people they have been putting off for months is now starting to ask more and more questions about it. That's like someone that owes you money saying the will pay you back tomorrow getting mad you keep asking for it back after tomorrow. You're the one that told us the end of march and then April remember? So yea after that time has passed it's going to be unclear about what has happened.

Several days ago. There is someone who asked, what would you like to have in the update, which will follow, the update, that we wait ????
We do not even know what will happen next!
I hope he was less than 8 years old. That would be the only valid excuse.

The only lesson the community has taught Kunos is that they shouldn't release any dates unless they are 100% certain (which is never the case, btw) that they'll hit them. They're better off to remain silent and have everyone gripe about silence than they are to estimate release dates. It's a catch-22 for Kunos.

I'm not defending them, either. I'm as tired of waiting as anyone, but all this bull**** is clogging up the forums.

 

....... If you want straight forward then straight forward will happen when you realize you will be announcing it to an empty room from how you interact with this companies customers. Good luck with that weight on your shoulders. What kind of support says we will tell you when we tell you and shut up until then? Just like the rest of social media is saying, the time has come for me to just move on from Kunos and the treatment of the consoles.
