1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    I don't know if that's entirely true. In their post lat week, they just wrote they were "heading into submission." They didn't say they had submitted the patches explicitly. Who knows?

    Mate, we're not getting anything this month. "Heading into submission" is a vague sentence. If they wanted to say the patches were submitted, I'm fairly certain they would have been clear. I take this to mean that the patches were nearing submission. Given that the PS store had its final update of the month yesterday, and there was still no patch or DLC, I think it's almost a certainty that we're not getting **** this month.

    Can you please respond with something more substantial. I.e have the patches been submitted or not? If yes when? Is it realistic to expect a patch this month? At least this way you will save me turning on my ps4 each morning to download the patch only to be dissapointed again, and again, and again...

    I fear you might be right. Anyway the ps4 will be my last console, and I'll be going PC in the near future. I'm utterly fed up with console gaming.

    I will, but it won't make the wait any easier; especially since we were promised an update this month. My philosophy is that if you can't be 100 percent certain that you can deliver, don't make the promise. That way you'll prevent a whole lot of dissapointment.

    Oh yeah, I agree. It's particularly annoying that they were so misleading with their announcement about the patches "heading into submission," and have been so quiet about the issue. I was looking forward to the PS store update, but now we'll likely have to wait another week at the very earliest for anything.

    In the blog it was mentioned several times that the update would come this month. There was also a link to this blog from the official Facebook page.

    At the end of the day it's not a big deal; it's after all only a game. However, I just feel that it's better to under promise and overdeliver where such matters are concerned to avoid dissapointment.

    I say the one's that are moaning should put a sock in it and wait, just like the rest of us are, you think if you keep posting impatient comments it will come any faster? I think the answer to that one is a big fat juicy NO! it will be with us when its ready,,,,who know's when that is dosen't matter, if anyone here can speed up the process then do us all a favor.
