1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    Speak for yourself, i'd rather they didnt spend another second on AI or career features :p

    Im kind of surprised your getting custom championships, I dont really see the difference between starting another race weekend when you have finished one or having the game do it for you whilst giving you a pat on the back. You could even get a pen and paper and assign points to the drivers between race weekends.
    It costs dev time and adds nothing IMO.

    Don't assume everyone wants the same features you want.

    +1 @andy-riches Multiplayer is so good right now (in no small part due to your efforts :D) that I really don't care about singleplayer racing at all, it's either hotlapping or online racing for me.But I do understand that other people enjoy it a lot and polishing it is necessary for the game to improve.

    Im just as excited for the patch notes as the dlc itself. The patch notes for PP1-2 have been pretty impressive. They set the standard so high!

    Everytime you start a new race weekend the AI driver are randomized again. Names, liveries, slight variation in AI strength are changed everytime. So pen and paper won't do it.

    Not that important, but I would be happy to see such a feature. And it is "only" a bit scripting for the UI. Of course it has to be tested and all, but I would guess it rather fast implemented and makes a lot of (edit: or maybe just some) people happy. AI improvements - for example - should take a lot more time and rescources. So it would kind of make sense to solve small "problems" first. But yeah, of course anybody has his/her own wishes.

    More realistically, my wife will also be waiting for me and have me run some errants as soon as I open the front door, christmas an all...but at least I've a plan

    Made that one easy for meself: 6year old in bed at 7pm. Made wife pregnant, so she falls asleep before 8pm no problem. That leaves me choosing between walking the dog or going to the Cave...

    Yeah!To me nothing beats proper manual N/A rev happy sports car and this one is one of the best ever as I read in reviews.I think Im gonna spent all night with it.

    It looks like it isn't struggling at 320km/h, I reckon it would actually pull to the end of the rev-range, so maybe 335-340km/h, that's awesome for 500 naturally aspirated horsepower, let's see how it'll work in-game :D.

    Am I the only one that couldn't give a flying fook about the changelog for this pack? 911R, GT3 Cup and 917K incoming and I couldn't give a toss if the changelog came equipped with free hookers and blackjack. TBH, no disrespect intended but everyone borking for changelogs just feels to me like they're trying to look cool by acting serious because "simracing srs bzns"... it's barely been a month since the last update, not like they are going to magically shove in game changing revolutionary features all of a sudden. If they pull that off then it's good, if not meh who cares. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    Anywho, one of my favorite 911 Cup race finishes while we wait.. hopefully the sounds are good this pack -
