Buttons referred to a specific ERS setting

I know that there are a lot of buttons missing in AC, i'm not here to ask to add more controls, but nowdays a lot of users are using custom made wheels with rotary switches (like the Leobodnar ones that, for knowledge, emulate a button press for just a small time instead of keep pressing a button) that, unfortnatelly, can not be used in this amazing sim, and since the implementation of the ERS system i've always liked to can use them instead of encoders for setting my ERS values.

So would be great to can set a button for every ers setting available.

Here is why i think they should be implemented:

first a rotary switch have a far better feeling that a rotary encoder;

and second when you set a rotary switch to a specific position you always report that to a specific value instead of rotate the encorder untill you get the value you need.
