Customers of AC Competizione who already has AC and DLC, should pay only for AC Competizione, DLC shoud be free.

New customers of AC Competizione should pay for all content.


With this line of action, many owners of AC + DLC who don´t have plan to buy AC Competizione, maybe finally they buy, making more cash Kunos in the end.

 

There’s a couple of points:

1) ACC isn’t even into early access and you are talking about DLC. DLC wont land according to the publish timeline until a significant period of time after Early Access. Let’s wait for 1.0 before we talk about DLC.

2) owning AC is its own reward. I do not feel that Kunos owes its AC consumer base anything on its next game. It’s last game signed off with a free DLC as a final hurrah. Isn’t that enough?

3) if AC owners with DLC do not intend to buy ACC because they have AC with all DLC already I feel like that’s ok. It’s kunos’ job to build a compelling enough package to make them want it. I trust that they can do that.

4) the implication of this post implies that ACC is such a small step from AC that it will not be worth its (unannounced) price. It’s a little insulting to the developer but I’m sure they can deal with it

with business strategies like that its a wonder kunos aren't banging down your and throwing money at you for you to take the helm and steer them in the right direction.
