1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

PS4 Game blocked after Set-up and field doesn't start.

    I'm experiencing 2 issues since updating to V1.11 and V1.12. The first issue is that the game blocks after I do a set-up on the car and then want to start the race. The only thing that happens is that the lay-out of the HUD is appearing over the background. That's all. Race doesn't start you don't see the cockpit of the car. I've seen this with the BMW M3 GT-2 and the new Porsche 911 GT-3 R. If I don't do any setting I'm able to race.
    The other issue I experienced today when starting a race on Spa with the Porsche GT-3 Cup 2017. Starting last on a full grid. My opponents didn't start, so I passed them. After a full lap everyone was in the pit.
    I hope you're able to fix this issue shortly. For me these GT racecars are the reason why I play AC.

    GT3? Raise ride height to 55 and try again, if that doesn't work try 60mm...

    There is a minimum ride height but the game doesn't tell you what it actually is o_O

    Thanks Graveltrap, that fixes the first issue. The other one is still there. But at least I can fine tune my fauvourite already.

    Hi....That happens because the game doesn't have the setup control system like on PC and let you car stuck in box or on the grid.

    I have reported that since 1.09 version.

    The second issue... I realy Don't know what causes that to happen... Normaly restarting the game it "fixes" this issue.

    After updating to v1.13 I can confirm setup issue is back and annoying all setups have to be redone! If you use a setup car gets stuck driving with the door open u can't see nothing and brakes don't work Ugh like come on kunos don't fix one issue and mess the game up again this is annoying
