[help] having trouble improving lap times

Put medium/hards, full tank, in a car/track you know well, turn off all apps, and just drive without trying too hard, resist the urge to brake later or push harder, once you know your marks, just hit them instead of trying to go further. By doing that you will eventually end up faster, just by not overdriving the car.

Consistency pays off a lot more in a race. And its 100% mental, not technical.

 

for those who might be interested, and for begginers, here's a quick update:
I've had some improvement with my practice, then I decided to buy the Nixim brake spring mod, wich is taking more than a month to arrive, so here's what I done.
I bought a kit of O'rings, so I put the gas spring on the clutch and te clutch spring on the gas, and did de o'ring mod on both the clutch and the brake.
At first it was very odd and heavy, but after five laps or so I had a major improvement, braking now feels a lot more instinctive, as opposed to having to think about how much to press the pedal before every corner. So I recommend to everybody who owns a g27 to mod the brake pedal, either by GTEye, Nixim, O'ring or whatever mod gives it a heavier and more progressive feel, you'll notice the results right away. Not only has it improved my performance, but now that I don't have to thing about the brake pedal on every corner, I'm a lot more consistent as well. When the Nixim mod arrives I'll try to post another update.
