Lock onboard camera to horizon, still broken, forever...

Most answers are about using other stuff, but he was asking for a possibility to tweak it, like in other sims. As I said before, I tried RHM on my rig and I did not like it, I also tried Track IR on a friends setup. did not like that either.
The title of this topic may be wrong (since you are responding to that and indeed the feature itself is not broken) but it needs further adjustability.

 

omg, you still don't get it. There is nothing to tweak. Camera is either locked to the car or to the horizon. If you use headtracking, it feels a lot better to lock to the horizon. That is the sole purpose of that setting. Whether you like RHM or TrackIR has nothing to do with anything in this thread.

You seem not willingly to understand that it IS tweakable.
I will explain, very clearly:
-In pCars, there is a slider to control the lock effect from 0 to 100,
- in R3E, camera shake is controllable, even by using a dedicated assigned button. You can also tweak the car's camera files to further adjust it.
- In AC there is no possibility (that I know of).
How hard can it be to comprehend OP's question ?

 

And I am trying to explain to you that it works fine with headtracking. You don't want to tweak anything if you use headtracking. If you want to tweak the effect, use RHM that does just that, but you don't want to use that if you use headtracking. (unless you are a noob and can't figure out how to set up the headtracking properly.)

 

I'm out of this discussion, it's clearly of no use...
