1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

I'm on Xbox one using a thrustmaster 458italia. After every race I lose all ffb. Sometimes quitting the game works or unplugging and plugging in the wheel works or restarting the console. Any one else have this issue.
    cheers ian

Is it possible that the wheel gets too hot and thats why it loses ffb? Or do you lose it after the race is done?

I lose it between going from one race to the next. It'll come back when I press the guide button and I'm on the Xbox Front page. Go to game and gone again. Works fine on pcars.

I have the same issue but in my opinion the problem is on the wheel, i think that the ffb on AC is very strong and good but the wheel's engine become too hot.
I know that the TX 458 Italia for xbox one works in this way. I don't know the situation for others wheels.
I suggest you to reduce the intensity of FFB in the settings.
On the other hand I don't have the same problem on Forza 6, i don't know why. could it be a bug of AC ?
PS: I use 70% intensity ffb on AC and i have the problem.

I went for an uninstall reinstall and all seems ok so far.
the fan never kicked in so I don't think it was over heating.

    My fan works a lot.
Could you tell me your FFB settings in AC?
    Which Wheel do you use?

Make sure your drivers are up to date(v50). Hold mode button and hit the menu - you should see two flashes. This puts the fan in the forced on mode. The fan will run all the time. You can try turning the force feedback to around 35. This will help if heat is the problem.

Ok, thank you for your tip.
I'm sure that the firmware is up to date because I did the update at the day of AC launch.
I still don't know why Ian with 95% FFB intensity doesn't have heat problem.

Wheel - it's the one you push when you want restart or quit a race.
