1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

Having a hard time finding information about the real Maserati 250f steering degrees of rotation.
If anyone knows the actually steering rotation of the 250f, or a relatively easy way to find out that would be great. I'd like to use a DOR as close to real as possible.

AC automatically calculates this for you and supplies you with accurate steering degrees and steering ratio. As long as the degree mapping of your wheel is setup in the controller interface to equal the actual steering rotation your wheel allows (e.g. 900 degrees of rotation in interface with wheel set to 900 degrees also) then it will automatically calculate. I recommend setting it to 900 degrees assuming your wheel supports that.

Actually yes, I use a TX Wheel and it is set to 900.

Although I just found some specs online that says the 250f that has steering rotation at "2 Turns lock to lock." That would make it 720 degrees in real-life if this is accurate.

Based on what you're claiming about AC, even if I keep 900, it should simulate 720 anyway? (720, or whatever the true rotation is)

yep it will set your rotation to whatever it should be .. steering lock is (at least at this moment) non adjustable

    820 Degrees

If you enable dev apps and goto the "Setup debug" and look for the "Steer" while doing full lock you will find out how many degrees of rotation (Multiply by 2 ofc)

    Goto "Steam\steamapps\common\assettocorsa\system\cfg" and open "Assetto_Corsa", find "AC_APPS" and replace 0 with 1 after "ENABLE_DEV_APPS:"

Now there should be a lot more apps ingame

  12. In the "cfg" file you can enable soft lock aswell... last line I think. It will stop your wheel from turning past the car's max rotation. So you can just set your wheel's rotation to its max, in-game and in profiler. Game will do the rest.
